The next year, its first full year, the company had revenues of $7.6 million on $14 million in home sales. In 2001, revenues reached $34 million on $105 million in sales. In 2002, sales more than doubled to $217 million and revenues more than tripled, reaching $103 million.

Kara is marketing homes at 25 development sites in New Jersey.
