RBA Engineer Contributes Article to Structure Magazine
Local Engineer Authors Article for Leading Engineering Publication

Pechar, P.E., of Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C., in Troy, New York, recently authored an article titled, “What Do You Need to Know about Cold-Weather Concreting?” for Structure magazine. The article, featured in the February 2005 issue, focuses on the implications of concreting during cold weather and the methods that can be used to protect concrete that is being placed and cured during cold weather.
Pechar has been with the firm since 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Union College and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction and the American Concrete Institute.
