Ryan-Biggs Associates Increases Staff in Troy Office

Engineer Joins Ryan-Biggs Associates

(PRWEB) March 10, 2005 -- Ryan-Biggs Associates P.C., a consulting firm specializing in structural engineering, announced today the hiring of Peter Desbiens as a Design Engineer, effective immediately. Desbiens will join the Troy office of Ryan-Biggs Associates.

As a Design Engineer, Desbiens will focus on the engineering design of many diverse projects throughout the Capital Region, including several educational facilities. Previously, Peter spent two years as a Project Engineer at Chazen Engineering, in addition to four years as a Senior Structural Engineer Technician with the City of Rochester. Desbiens holds an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Hudson Valley Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
