Alliance Development Group Signs Exclusive Bovis Lend Lease Deal

Charlotte, NC-based Alliance Development Group has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Bovis Lend Lease, the international firm which will provide ADG with national commercial construction and project management capabilities.

(PRWEB) February 2, 2006 -- Charlotte, NC based Alliance Development Group has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Bovis Lend Lease, the international firm which will provide ADG with national commercial construction and project management capabilities.

“Alliance Development Group brings a number of benefits to Bovis, such as our expertise in site selection and permitting. But the biggest advantage we provide is our ability to source and finance multiple transactions through our relationships with national retailers,” says Bill Burk, president of Alliance Development Group. “Our strategic alliance with Bovis Lend Lease allows us to control the commercial development process from inception and pre-development through construction and on-time delivery of a facility that is ready for operation.”

According to Burk, this allows the retailer to eliminate its in-house real estate operation, reduce development and construction bottlenecks by dealing with a single entity, and cut out-of-pocket costs by having access to ADG’s national funding network.

Founded in London in 1885, Bovis pioneered fee-based construction in Britain. It has more than 7,500 employees in 93 offices worldwide. In the United States, Bovis Lend Lease is the nation’s second largest construction manager, operating from 17 offices across the country.

Alliance Development Group is a national, vertically integrated real estate services company that provides multiple commercial development services to a variety of markets, including casual dining, quick service, C-store, banking and others. It offers both Build-to-Suit and Sale Leaseback programs to help companies pursue growth strategies without the capital limitations and long-term debt challenges owning real estate presents.
