RBA Engineer Teaching Professional Engineering Review Course at Union College
Local Engineer Teaching Structural Portion of P.E. Review Course
(PRWEB) February 5, 2006 -- Justin S. Pechar, P.E., of Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C., in Troy, New York, is instructing the Structural portion of the Professional Engineering Review Course at Union College.
The Structural portion of the course consists of four, 2 ½ hour class sessions. The review course is for practicing engineers that are preparing to take the Professional Engineering exam in April 2006.
Pechar has been with the firm since 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Union College and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of New York and a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction and the American Concrete Institute. As a Professional Engineer at Ryan-Biggs Associates, he has been involved in the engineering design of numerous medical and educational projects.
