Samuel M. Coniglio, III designated Graduate Master Builder
Samuel M. Coniglio, III, President of American Sterling Enterprises, Inc. became one of the more than 300 professional builders nationwide to attain a Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation identifying him as one of the building industry’s top professionals.

Coniglio, III, President of American Sterling Enterprises, Inc. became one of the more than 300 professional builders nationwide to attain a Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation identifying him as one of the building industry’s top professionals.
Administered by NAHB, the GMB program distinguishes graduates among its 205,000 members. A builder must complete an intensive series of courses and have at least 10 years of building business experience.
The NAHB honored its recent graduates at a ceremony in Orlando Florida on January 11, 2006, amidst the International Builder’s Show. Mr. Coniglio has over 40 years experience in the industry including Development Partner at Del American Properties and Director of Construction at Lennar Homes.
