Kathy Standiford holds an Associate's degree in business information systems, and worked in a professional office setting before pursuing a career in real estate. Roberta (Robbie) Emge joins the Garnand Team after previous work as an independent real estate agent. She is the current chapter president for the Northern Colorado Women's Council of Realtors. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she spent several years in banking, and home-schooled her two children for seven years. Emge holds an Associate's degree from Front Range Community College, is active in her church, as well as the local eWomenNetwork chapter, of which she is a founding member. She and her husband and children enjoy caring for their horses, dogs and cats, as well as sports and outdoor activities.
