Littleton Advertising & Marketing, Clients Win Five NCHBA STARS Awards
The North Carolina Home Builders Association awarded Littleton Advertising & Marketing with five STARS Awards and three Outstanding Achievement awards for marketing and advertising campaigns put forth for a variety of their clients in the homebuilder and developer arena at the 21st Century Building Expo & Conference.
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) September 8, 2006 -- The North Carolina Home Builders Association awarded Littleton Advertising & Marketing with five STARS Awards and three Outstanding Achievement awards for marketing and advertising campaigns put forth for a variety of their clients in the homebuilder and developer arena at the 21st Century Building Expo & Conference.

The awards gala recognized sales and marketing efforts for homebuilders and developers throughout North Carolina. The achievements of the industry’s builders, Realtors, on-site sales people, media and advertising professionals were showcased in 36 award categories.
Littleton won one STARS award for K. Hovnanian’s Raleigh Division with “Best Interior Merchandising in a model under $250K,” and one Outstanding Achievement award for “Best Logo Design for a Community.” Littleton’s newsletter design for Wakefield Development Company garnered one STARS award, while Littleton’s work on Wakefield Development Company’s Bedford at Falls River community in North Raleigh earned two STARS awards for “Master-Planned Community of the Year” and “Best Radio Commercial.” Renaissance Park, Wakefield Development’s newest property, won an Outstanding Achievement Award for “Best Color Ad Full Page or Under.” Henderson-based HandCrafted Homes earned Outstanding Achievement for “Best Interior Merchandising in a model under $250K”, while “Best Brochure for a home $250K-$500K” went to the Amberly Community in Cary.
