Mr. Conner is a leader in Green Building legal issues and serves as the Construction & Commercial/Industrial subsection Chair for the State Bar of California.

Mr. Yudelson is a nationally recognized author, speaker and expert in the Green Building design protocol and serves on several major U.S. Green Building Council committees.

The moderator for this program is Alice Kaswan, Professor of Real Property and Environmental Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law, and faculty adviser for the recent symposium entitled: "The Domestic Response to Global Climate Change: Federal, State, and Litigation Initiatives."
