Residents in the neighborhoods of every California Dream Builders project will receive an introduction letter describing the Dream Neighbor Policy™. It includes Bowman and his staff's pledge to:

Be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood
Observe quiet hours of 7:30 pm - 6:00 am
Promise to keep a clean workspace, free of unsightly debris
Make themselves available to discuss any issues with neighbors and do their best to resolve them quickly

Residents will also be given access to each project manager onsite should needs arise.

California Dream Builders is in the midst of launching a Best Practices Policy for the residential construction and remodel industry and hopes their colleagues will follow suit raising the standards and visibility of responsible contractors throughout the Bay Area.
