Contractor Dollars and Sense program to focus on financial strategies for increasing contractor profits.
Ormond Beach, FL (PRWEB) July 21, 2007 -- Today, the New Construction Strategies Radio Network, a joint venture of Garrison Associates and Jackstreet Media, announced a deal with construction accounting firm CFO On The Go to develop a new radio program called "Contractor Dollars and Sense." The program is aimed at construction general contractors, sub contractors, specialty contractors and will focus on financial strategies for increasing profits. Co-hosted by Dennis Feidner and Ted Garrison, each segment will explore the financial strategies of some of the industry's most profitable construction contractors. The program will deliver real world insights into how contractors can increase cash flows, increase profit margins, improve processes, reduce financial exposure and leverage the latest financial management tools. Co hosted by Dennis Feidner and Ted Garrison, the program will be streamed on the New Construction Strategies Radio Network and available 24/7 via podcast.
"Accounting is not a four letter word," said Dennis Feidner CEO of CFO On The Go. "Accounting and financial management is really the back bone of the most profitable contracting firms and is the key to making the kind of sound business decisions that allows any contractor to successfully grow their company. We are thrilled to be able to host a program on this subject," said Feidner. Raising contractor awareness about the process of identifying the most profitable construction opportunities and how to manage their cash flows over the course of a project is one of the primary goals of the program. "In a industry where profit margins are typically paper thin, the contractor who knows all the tricks of managing the numbers has an overwhelming advantage over all of those contractors who don't," said Ted Garrison co-host of the program. "This program will give contractors a competitive edge," said Garrison.
