The Reserve at Gearhart Breaks Ground
The first of 130 home sites broke ground by local builder Gearhart Homes, LLC. The first home will be built on lot 33, which borders both Gearhart Golf Links and the Oregon Silverspot Butterfly Habitat.
Gearhart, OR. (PRWEB) July 18, 2007 -- The owners of The Reserve at Gearhart are excited to announce that home construction has begun. Lot 33 was the first to break ground and will be built by local builder Gearhart Homes LLC. Gearhart Homes also has plans to begin five spec homes during the next 30-days.
A two-story, 3,455 square foot Cape Cod style home, complete with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den, bonus room, a guest suite on the main floor and a summer kitchen, will be built on lot 33; the lot size totals 24,604 square feet. The home, when finished, will be located on the southeast corner of the community, bordering both the Oregon Silverspot Butterfly Habitat and Gearhart Golf Links.
