Downey, previously Technical Service Manager, joined Thomas 14 years ago and has held quality control and technical positions.

After joining Thomas 14 years ago as a Mechanic, Downey was promoted to Quality Control Inspector and then to Technical Service Manager. He also has taught and supervised Technical Training Courses at Thomas Equipment and he completed extensive training courses at such major suppliers as Deutz Engine and Kubota Engine and Eaton Hydraulics and Sauer Danfoss Hydraulics.

Allan and his wife have two children and are active in community and social activities in his hometown of Centreville, N.B. His family enjoys outdoors recreation and traveling.
