InventHelp Client Invents Tool to Ease Installation of Deck Boards

An InventHelp client from Catlin, Ill., has designed a tool that would facilitate the installation of 5/4 deck boards.

Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) May 7, 2008 -- InventHelp announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Catlin, Ill., has designed a tool that would facilitate the installation of 5/4 deck boards. The inventor has created a prototype.

The DECK GRABBER would hold a board against another board that is already in place. This invention would eliminate the need to use a pry bar or some other tool to push and hold each board together. Designed to ensure a tight fit for the boards, the DECK GRABBER would save time normally spent trying to find a leverage point for a pry bar.

The inventor's work background contributed to his developing the DECK GRABBER. He said, "As a carpenter, I see the need for a specialized tool to hold deck boards together, so I developed a tool to accomplish this task."

The original design was submitted to the Indianapolis office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers. For more information, write Dept. 03-INY-140, InventHelp, 217 Ninth Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, or call (412) 288-1300 ext. 1368.
