Washington D.C. (PRWEB) September 24, 2005 -- The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a think tank, professional organization and educator in talent management strategies is pleased to announce the release of twenty new education courses focused specifically on the subject disciplines of: talent strategy, acquisition, development and leadership. The twenty courses address topics critical to organizations today. The classes are instructor-led, three-hour e-learning sessions, and will be offered beginning in October and November of this year. Courses are offered individually, by the certificate, or as a complete Talent Library, with unlimited annual access.
According to HCI's Chief Learning Officer, David Forman, "HCI’s new certificate series courses are unique because they directly address the need for more practical tools and practices in the area of human capital management. These are not generic courses about recruiting or Human Resources practices; they specifically pertain to how to best leverage and optimize talent within the enterprise." Forman went on to state, "HCI’s own members have been pushing hard for this more in-depth level of information, because it is not available from other sources. We're pleased to be able to meet this need, and in doing so, strengthen our position in the human capital management arena."
"To our knowledge, this new curriculum -- when combined with our highly successful Principles of Human Capital Management course -- is the most extensive talent-based set of courses available anywhere," said Allan Schweyer, Executive Director of the Human Capital Institute. What makes the introduction of these courses even more unique, is that several of our partners have helped to quickly bring this extensive curriculum to market -- a critical factor given the need for such education."
Enrollments are being accepted now, and plans are already in place to take these courses to HCI’s international sites as well. For more information about HCI's four new certificate programs, and the twenty classes comprising the four certifications, please visit:
