The arrangement directed by the North American headquarters of Hideki allows New York-based Digital & Wireless Group to distribute and fulfill all Hideki product orders, including products licensed under the Honeywell brand, to travel and tax-free retail outlets without restriction.

With the new agreement, Digital & Wireless is showcasing the entire line of Hideki merchandise at several trade shows and exhibitions throughout the year. The Travel Goods Show in Orlando, Florida this March is the first of the product presentations. A major unveiling of the full Hideki line, including the first-ever display of the new Honeywell branded product to the duty free channel, will be at The 2005 International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores Show held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, April 17-21. The IAADFS show allows Digital & Wireless to introduce the product at a convergence of buyers, concessionaires, and suppliers involved in duty free cruise ship stores, airline and airport stores, border stores, Caribbean retailers, and others.
