Wildcat Communications has Completed its Acquisition of K&B Electronics, Expanding its Portfolio of Popular-Brand Wireless Accessory and Peripheral Elecronics Companies
K & B’s retail & wholesale business to offer broad product options.
Agoura Hills, CA (PRWEB) October 1, 2005 -- David Bleeden, president of Agoura Hills-based Wildcat Communications Group, has announced Wildcats’ acquisition of K & B Electronics, based in Mesa, Arizona, for an undisclosed amount. The move coincides with Wildcat’s continuing strategy of growth through acquisition of mobile communications accessories and peripherals companies, a strategy that helped double the company’s sales in 2004.
Wildcat controls a variety of targeted Websites such as Cellular Blowout (www.cellular-blowout.com) that ensure one of the largest selections of wireless and electronics products in the world.
K&B Electronics (www.kb-electronics.com) has a well-developed retail and wholesale business with a wide customer base ranging serving consumer, corporate, government and education markets.
Bleeden is an aggressive business builder having had success with Naked Juice & Rhinotek Computer Products. Bleeden’s strategy with Wildcat is to create a platform company: "With KB, we pick up about 7,000 new products to add to our catalog. Additionally, we will integrate our wholesale division allowing us to cross-sell a variety of electronic products."
Bleeden was president of Carson-based Rhinotek Consumer Products, having led its growth over the past six years from $25 million to $45 million. Bleeden was also co-founder of Naked Juice, which pioneered the bottled juice industry, and was acquired by Chiquita Brand in the 1980s.
