New A-Track Series Linear Actuators
Improved efficiency, strength, and flexibility
March 15, 2006 — South Beloit, IL — Warner Electric announces the availability of new A-Track Series Linear Actuators. The new series of linear actuators incorporates many new design features, including a round, ground ball nut, a motor shaft supported by bearings rather than bushings, and limit switch and potentiometer options. A-Track Series Actuators include four models that are available to meet a wide variety of application requirements.
“A-Track Linear Actuators were designed to be rugged, dependable, and easy to install and maintain,” said Dick Czeslawski, Linear Business Manager, Warner Electric. “The round, ground ball nut makes the transition of the ball bearings much more consistent as opposed to a tapped square unit and gives it better life characteristics, as does the use of bearings to support the motor shaft as compared to bushings. Also, the release of limit switch and potentiometer options in our standard product package adds features not previously offered.”
A-Track Linear Actuators can be used in a variety of applications. With their compact size, A-Track Actuators can be located in confined areas, yet will move loads from 25 to 1,330 pounds. Weatherproofing makes these actuators ideal for use on outdoor equipment. Since all adjustments and lubrication are made during assembly, no maintenance is required or recommended.
A-Track Actuators are backed by Warner Electric’s premium service. Orders in stock will ship within 24 hours, and all orders are handled by Warner Electric’s experienced staff.
