The Grime Reaper® is a user friendly automatic deep soak cleaning system designed for use in commercial kitchens. Fully automatic, the Grime Reaper uses a safe pH balanced detergent and a tank that operates simply and safely.

The cleaning system features touch panel controls and audio warnings for indicating various operations such as when to add detergent, when to empty and clean the tank and so on. Commonly in use 24 hours per day, the Grime Reaper simply and safely cleans kitchen utensils made from a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, steel and plastics that will not warp at the solution temperature.

The design of the Grime Reaper cleaning systems required a controller PCB, suitable enclosure and a touch panel for operator interface. For a number of years the company had been using Lexor to design and manufacture control boards and Bafbox to produce an enclosure for the PCB.

When Bafbox evolved into customDesignTechnologies and acquired Lexor, Grime Reaper Products benefitted from having a single source for both these elements of the system. In addition, the customKeypads division of customDesignTechnologies was able to provide the membrane keypad for the touch panel controls.
