21st EQUITY HOMES MANUFACTURING INC. launches its global Home upgrade and Real Estate Swop Program, which enables millions of property owners across the world to trade in their existing (hard selling) property against a brand new 21st Equity development. This includes the benefit of becoming a factory co-owner and license partner in a 21st Equity Homes Manufacturing Plant as well.

Henderson, Nev. (PRWEB) May 13, 2009 -- 21st EQUITY HOMES MANUFACTURING INC. (21st Equity) a precast home manufacturer and official Mandate Holder for global cement supply launches its Home upgrade and Real Estate Swop Program. This enables millions of property owners across the world to trade in their existing (hard selling) property against a brand new 21st Equity development including the benefit of becoming a factory co-owner and license partner in a 21st Equity Homes Manufacturing Plant.

21st Equity's CEO Stephan Schurmann explains the new initiatives:

Do you own Real Estate which you are unable to sell?

If you have anywhere in the world an apartment, villa or an entire real estate project and can NOT sell it, 21st Equity will take it in as collateral for the Factory Syndication & License Program.

21st Equity can build another home/project from that exchange for the client anywhere in the world where it is simply a better investment or has a better chance of being sold in the future. Accordingly, clients have the chance to trade in their non-profit producing assets and at the same time become Factory Co-owners in a 21st Equity Homes Manufacturing Plant without any out of pocket expenses for their License and Co-ownership Package.

"The credit crunch has made it virtually impossible for existing homeowners to upgrade from their existing homes to larger and potentially new homes, despite their existing homes having suitable equity. 21st Equity has announced that it is identifying development opportunities in various countries and will be introducing its 'home upgrade and Real Estate Swop Program' simultaneously.

'Essentially it works like this' says 21st Equity CEO Stephan Schurmann.

'21st Equity identifies a development opportunity and undertakes a new residential development of villas, condos, apartments and/or hotel. Homeowners who wish to upgrade to larger, newer homes in a 21st Equity development could apply to participate in our 'home upgrade and Real Estate Swop program'.

What this means is that depending on the value of your existing property and the outstanding mortgage, if any home purchasers could upgrade to a new larger home without the need to approach a real estate broker to sell their home. Based on a realistic market value agreed to between 21st Equity and the client, 21st Equity 'discounts the new home' with the agreed amount of the home being 'part swopped'. This results in the owner then only requiring the raise a mortgage of the balance of the purchase price'. Mr. Schurmann however cautions clients and says 'this program is not for everyone as each application is assessed on merit. Understandably, a home to be 'part swopped' cannot have a mortgage which is high leaving no equity component in the transaction as this would not make financial sense. Our program gives clients options to acquire larger and new properties in a 21st Equity development along with 21st Equity then taking the 'part swopped' home into its 'stock'.

Further information regarding 21st Equity's Real Estate Swop Program can be found on the companies web site by clicking here: http://www.equitypanels.com

Interactive data visualization and search augments Cognos BI for faster and better business analysis, reporting and decision-making

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) May 13, 2009 -- Visual i/o (www.visual-io.com) today announced and unveiled the newest generation of its enterprise software for interactive visual analysis and business intelligence at the IBM Cognos Forum (http://www.cognos.com/cognosforum/), taking place in Orlando, FL---May 12-15, 2009.

Through its new product, Visual i/o also introduces an industry-first "Visual Search" capability delivering unprecedented integration of business intelligence with data search functionalities. The new software will be demonstrated for the first time in public during Cognos Forum at Booth 32 on the expo floor.

Visual i/o's new software adds unprecedented capabilities and powerful functionality for business intelligence and performance management professionals using Cognos products. Visual i/o meets strong Cognos customer demand for high-performance visualization for both structured database data and unstructured Web content.

"As a presentation layer technology, Visual i/o's products and components reside on top of multiple data sources and the Cognos architecture to provide intuitive and highly interactive user interfaces," said Angela Shen-Hsieh, founder of Visual i/o.

"Many of our customers use Cognos products. Users in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and government sectors can leverage and extend the robust capabilities of their Cognos products with powerful and insightful data visualizations offered by Visual i/o. Our proven technology solutions and consulting services enable Cognos enterprise customers to present complex data in digestible, usable formats for executives, management, business end users and consumers."

Visual i/o + Cognos Helps Business Better See and Understand Data:

Visual i/o business analysis components are optimized to run with IBM Cognos 8 Business Intelligence. Its visualizations are presented within the Cognos Connection Portal to provide a security model and single application server for Web-based users. The Cognos-Visual i/o combination lets users draw on data across all enterprise sources to create their own views of trusted performance information and explore it when and how it suits them best.
The visualizations request data through Cognos reports - both automatic/scheduled and on-demand ad hoc reporting. The XML output is then formatted into user-friendly views.
Visual i/o provides executives and managers with an interactive visual analysis tool to view data across multiple dimensions, decision points and milestones per project with drill-down capabilities to provide a deeper understanding of the underlying data. Users now have greater flexibility to generate data visualizations (e.g. Gantt charts) by various parameters, on an ad hoc basis, depending on changing needs, without having to put in a request to an in-house IT/ technical team to update the reports.

Visual i/o delivers essential software functionalities for management productivity (integrating Business Intelligence, Analytics, Budgeting and Planning, Dashboarding, and more):

Visual i/o Features:

    * Provides interactive views (Gantt charts, bubble charts, heat maps) of complex data contained within Cognos databases
* Easy-to-use controls and filters allow users to interactively investigate data in real time
so that key results are immediately apparent. Structured and unstructured data is made dynamically accessible and reports easily shared with groups of authorized users.
* Packages industry-relevant templates and expertise (e.g., pharmaceutical portfolio management, sales team forecast) for domain relevance and quick productivity.
* Provides a rich, Web-based experience for tracking time flows and trends, exploring patterns in data, and filtering/highlighting based on user requirements.

Visual i/o Benefits:

    * Facilitates faster, more-informed exploration and refinement of data, and better decision-making.
* Powerful interactive analysis empowers business users to easily understand complex data
* Reduces manual reporting processes through self-service capabilities.
* Extends existing Cognos investments.
* Integrates easily within the Cognos environment.

The combination of Visual i/o with Cognos 8 V.4 delivers a powerful solution for the integration of dynamic Data Visualization, Business Intelligence (BI) Enterprise Search and Retrieval (ESR) --- to go beyond stand-alone offerings from other vendors including TIBCO Spotfire, Information Builders, Jaspersoft, SAS, Oracle and QlikView.

As its name suggests, Visual i/o is a venture-backed data visualization software company enabling business users and consumers to easily and interactively access, interpret and learn from information they work with everyday. Visual i/o's focus is on "the last 18 inches"--getting data from the computer screen into the human mind--bridging the divide between raw data and actionable meaning through an entirely new graphical way to navigate and interpret data.

Deacom, Inc. has released the latest version of its integrated ERP system for building component and process manufacturers. DEACOM Version 10.4 includes significant enhancements to Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Quality Control (QC) functionality.

Wayne, PA (PRWEB) May 13, 2009 -- Deacom, Inc. this week released the latest version of its DEACOM Integrated Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software System for building component and process manufacturers, rolling out significant enhancements to the integrated ERP system's Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Quality Control (QC) capabilities.

DEACOM 10.4 builds upon the software's established functionality, which encompasses all the business processes of a manufacturer, from sales and purchasing to production, reporting, and accounting.

Now the integrated ERP system combines sales and production MRP data in one easy-to-read report. Manufacturers can view current or time-phased material requirements for their entire organization - including on-hand inventory, issued and reserved inventory, items in QC hold, job requirements, sales requirements not yet scheduled as jobs, pending purchase orders (POs), forecasts, and inter-company transfers - from a single screen.

"So if you need it, you see it," explains Deacom Implementation Specialist Paul Heinmiller. "This improvement will give users better data visibility so they can make better planning and purchasing decisions."

The MRP software functionality also lets users satisfy material shortages by creating production jobs, POs, and inter-company transfers directly from the MRP report. Users buying several different parts from the same vendor also can build a multiple-item PO directly from this screen. And built-in drill down capability lets users view the real-time detail behind any MRP quantity by double-clicking the number.

In addition, DEACOM 10.4 includes improved QC capabilities. Now manufacturers can perform production QC testing during the job cycle - running multiple passes until achieving the desired test results - or after production is complete, on a pass/fail basis.

"The addition of post-production QC makes the system more flexible," Heinmiller says. "It's particularly helpful for manufacturers using third-party testing services."

DEACOM continues to permanently store all QC data for extensive research and reporting.

To learn more about the DEACOM Integrated Accounting and ERP Software System or to schedule an online demonstration, call 610-971-2278 ext. 15 or visit www.deacom.net.

About Deacom, Inc.
Headquartered in Wayne, PA, Deacom, Inc. is the producer of DEACOM, a complete accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for building component and process manufacturers with difficult-to-handle requirements.
Hypertherm, the world leader in plasma arc metal cutting technology, today announced an update to its popular Phoenix software.

Hanover, NH (PRWEB) May 13, 2009 -- Hypertherm, the world leader in plasma arc metal cutting technology, today announced an update to its popular Phoenix software.

The updated versions, Phoenix 6 and 8.5, include the same capabilities as the original version, but add features to support Hypertherm's new HyPerformance HPR400XD--the industry's first 400 amp HyPerformance system. These features include improved marking cut charts, piercing parameters, and auto-gas support. Additionally, the Phoenix 8.5 release adds updated cut charts for Hypertherm's Powermax45.

Hypertherm's Phoenix software also comes with Remote Help™, a major advancement in customer support. Remote Help is a fast and easy way to remotely connect your CNC to your OEM and Hypertherm, if needed. Remote help is also a good way to transfer or download setup files, part programs, and software updates.

"Remote Help makes it possible for people to quickly get the technical support they need," said Peter Brahan, leader of Hypertherm's Automation team. "In less than a minute, operators can be talking to a technical service specialist who can remotely view what the software is doing."

Phoenix 8.5 has the added benefit of the patent pending CutPro Wizard™. The CutPro Wizard works similarly to the wizards found on common computer software programs: It is even possible for inexperienced operators to run a table in less than five minutes. Operators are first asked to load a part program and select a cutting process from options listed in large drop down menus. They can then choose to align the plate, using directional arrows on a touch pad screen, select a scrap, and finally start the cut.

Hypertherm's Phoenix software has drastically changed the way metal cutters operate their machines. The software boasts more than 40 enhancements, including the ability to store custom cut charts for later use and cut plate remnants--pieces of the plate normally considered "scrap" or unusable--to significantly reduce materials costs.

Phoenix Version 6 comes preloaded on all Edge II controllers from Hypertherm Automation, while Phoenix Version 8.5 comes preloaded on all new EDGE Ti®, Voyager™, Mariner™, and MicroEDGE™ controls. Owners should contact their authorized OEM or Hypertherm distributor for upgrade information.

Hypertherm designs and manufactures the world's most advanced plasma metal cutting systems for use in a variety of industries such as shipbuilding, manufacturing, and automotive repair. Its product line includes handheld and mechanized plasma systems and consumables, as well as CNC motion and height controls. Hypertherm systems are trusted for performance and reliability that results in increased productivity and profitability for tens of thousands of businesses. The company, consistently named one of the best places to work in America, has more than 1,000 associates along with operations and partner representation worldwide.

The rapid growth of the wind energy industry in the U.S. and its economic effects relating to manufacturers, safety training and fall protection equipment.

(Vocus/PRWEB ) May 13, 2009 -- Fall protection safety is growing leaps and bounds in the wind energy industry. Wind turbines are popping up across the United States and it has been said that the U.S. is, “…set to be the global leader in the output of wind produced energy.” With 20 percent of the federal economic stimulus package being put towards renewable energy, this is not an unrealistic statement or goal. And according to the American Wind Energy Association, employment from the wind energy increased from 50,000 in 2007 to 85,000 the following year. Manufacturers for wind turbines and its components have been expanding facilities to meet demand.

One college in California, Cerro Ceso Community College, had the foresight to start preparing people to go into the booming Wind Industry field, with a focus on safety. Students from over the U.S have come to attend “Boot Camp.” The college and its instructor, Larry Board, have teamed up with Airstreams Energy, a wind energy company. The ten week boot camp class covers seven key areas: safety (specifically climbing and tower rescue), OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, Electronics & Hydraulics 101, Fall Protection test (consisting of climbing turbines at a local Wind Farm), a written exam and resume writing prep.

The ten week course provides entry training for those entering the wind energy field in tower erection or maintenance. More extensive training is done with companies, often teaming new workers as apprentices with teams to further advance training.

As the wind energy industry grows, it must be protected by the growing safety industry. Fall protection equipment must meet and exceed the unique requirements needed in the wind energy industry. A key component of safety is equipment. Instructors and professionals like Larry Board often choose to use higher-end safety harnesses that focus on excellent design, padding and other extras (like hydration systems or tool carrying options) that aren’t found in less expensive versions.

Fall protection equipment is crucial to the job, but comfortable, well-designed fall protection equipment makes it easier to focus on the job.

Glen Allen, VA (PRWEB) May 13, 2009 -- The Hooter's new double CD entitled "Both Sides Live" features the new Hohner Fire Melodica. The Hooters founder Rob Hyman received the first prototype of the new Melodica in summer 2008 and the band was so enthusiastic about the product that they placed it prominently on the cover of "Both Sides Live."

The new Fire Melodica is incredibly easy to play. Its piano keyboard provides a familiar interface for articulating melodies and harmonies. Rhythm and dynamics are directly controlled by the players' breath, naturally ebbing and flowing right through you. The Fire Melodica's frictionless keyboard makes the performance of rapid phrases and complex rhythms second nature, delivering an enormous range of emotion and expression. With fresh designs and innovative colors, Hohner, the inventor of the Melodica, once again has set the standard for the Melodica of the future.

The "Both Sides Live" double CD set features new live recordings of the biggest Hooters hits. The first disk, "The Electric Factory", was recorded at a live concert in their hometown of Philadelphia and presents The Hooters timeless hits complete with modern sound and fresh arrangements. The second disk "The Secret Sessions" was recorded at an intimate session for friends in Rob Hyman's Elm Street Studios and contains exclusive acoustic versions of all The Hooters' hits.

Bursting onto the Philadelphia music scene in 1980, The Hooters quickly became a huge success all along the East Coast. The Hooters' unique blend of ska, reggae and rock and roll was a fresh and powerful sound and in 1983, The Hooters released their first independent album "Amore", which sold over 100,000 copies. It was also during this time that Rob and co-founder Eric Bazilian wrote and played on Cyndi Lauper's debut album "She's So Unusual". Rob and Cyndi co-wrote the hit song "Time After Time". The Hooters' strong and powerful presence as performers and as songwriters led to their first major record deal in 1984 with Columbia Records. Their 1985 debut release "Nervous Night" quickly achieved Gold and Platinum status all over the world. Rolling Stone magazine named the Hooters the "Best New Band of the Year" in 1985. That year The Hooters were chosen as the very first band to perform at the historic Live Aid concert in Philadelphia. With unforgettable songs such as "Day By Day", "And We Danced", "Where Do The Children Go" and "All You Zombies" The Hooters have become a household name.

As Rob said in a recent interview: "Though time and miles have separated us over the years, whenever we all get in the same room, pick up our instruments, and start to jam, something magical instantly happens - we 'become' The Hooters. Being in a band with such great players and friends, over 25 years now, has been quite a blessing and fortunate experience."

"Both Sides Live" is available now and is a must for all Hooters fans. The new Hohner Fire Melodica will be available in stores in July 2009.

This is Diversity.com's 9th annual listing of the U.S.'s top 500 minority owned businesses. Companies that are named on Divesity.com's lists represent the nation's top multicultural earners, and challenge the long-held notion that a privately held business is small or insignificant. Winners are sought after by major corporations wishing to increase spending with these small businesses.

"Entrepreneurs are a growing force in the U.S. economy, and a force to be reckoned with," says Kenton Clarke, CEO of Computer Consulting Associates International, the company that built DiversityBusiness.com. "This is a whole business segment that can carry its own, that provides jobs, products and services, and generates wealth for their communities. These are the new leaders in American business."

Minnesota based Pioneer Plastics, Inc. has grown from a local Midwestern manufacturer of plastic components and products to a global player in the custom injection molding industry. "We face challenges each day. It's our discipline, commitment and attention to detail that makes us among the best in this industry," said Mr. Minou Hussain, Chairman and CEO of Pioneer Plastics. "Our growing success is the direct reflection of our customers' reward for our hard work," he added. By serving over 270 customers in 16 countries, Pioneer and its divisions, Thermotech and Group Tool, have become one of the top businesses in 2008.

The DiversityBusiness.com Award
This award is a classification that represents the top multicultural small businesses in the U.S., in the technology, manufacturing, food service and professional services sectors. Large organizational buyers throughout the country that do business with culturally diverse, small and women-owned businesses use the list. The list is produced annually by DiversityBusiness.com, the nation's leading B2B Internet portal that links large organizational buyers to multicultural product and service suppliers. The winning companies were honored at a special awards ceremony at DiversityBusiness.com's 9th Annual Multicultural Business Conference on April 29 - May 1, 2009 at the Disney's Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Pioneer Plastics' COO, Matt Mahmood said, "We are honored to be recognized and listed among the 2008 Top 500 Multicultural businesses in America and our great state of Minnesota. We are grateful to DiversityBusiness.com for promoting and bringing successful MBE's to the attention of so many great companies. Winning this nationally recognized award is a tremendous honor for our companies and our most valued customers."

Point-of-source air filtration strategies help manufacturing plants significantly reduce heating and air conditioning costs

(PRWEB) May 12, 2009 -- Clean Air America has developed a welding ventilation system that assists metal-product manufacturers reduce plant costs by limiting the need to process hot and cold air used in the plant.

The Clean Air America approach is to favor application-specific, turnkey systems that filter air at the source of generation, focusing the solution at a modular level instead of basing it on plant-wide needs. Because point-of-source systems return clean air to within the building they reduce expenses associated with "make-up" air, helping to slash gas and electric costs.

Why waste utility dollars?
The need for welding smoke removal from manual and robotic welding and cutting as well as laser and plasma cutting, and a myriad of other "metal bashing" processes is an ongoing issue. Whether building motor vehicles, construction or farm equipment, or any other of a thousand different parts and assemblies made of metal, manufacturers are now waking up to the significant impact that proper air filtration has on the bottom-line.

Traditionally, facilities that produce smoke or oil mists often collect and exhaust the dirty air to the outside with colossal roof-mounted blowers connected through a maze of ductwork from welding ventilation areas.

"Any dumping of heated or cooled air to the outside is done so at great expense," cautions Fergie Haughton, systems sales manager at Clean Air America, Inc. (Rome, GA), a provider of turnkey, point-of-source air filtration systems for robotic integrators and integrators of laser cutting and plasma cutting tables.

"Whether it's zero or 97 degrees outside, bringing in 'make-up' air at any volume above 50% is very costly," continues Haughton. "Some plants run 80-90% make-up air, and that throws money out the window. We found one new plant with the A/C coils covered with oil and soot from the welding smoke. They were changing filters to the tune of $20-25,000 each month."

Zeroing in on the solution
Rather than taking an expensive shotgun approach by managing air filtration on a plant-wide basis, facility managers are starting to target welding ventilation efforts to only those areas that require them. Benefits to the bottom line can accrue quickly.

Localized control reduces electricity costs
Smoke, dust, oil and other production pollutants are collected and cleaned through modular air filtration systems that often comprise a completely self-contained work center for welding and cutting that includes an adjustable height worktable, shelving, and lighting. No ducting is necessary, and all of the welding ventilation sits directly above the welding area so that zero footprint is taken away from the production floor.

Given the benefits of reduced comfort air costs and more efficient filtering it comes as no surprise that point-of-source concepts continue to grow in popularity if only from a financial standpoint--with a one-year ROI often possible. Additional benefits of maintaining a clean and healthy plant environment ensure that such strategies are here to stay.

Eau Claire, Wis. (PRWEB) May 12, 2009 -- Non-Dues Revenue Remedy - Do More With Less: Laugh in the Face of Recession and Increase Non-Dues Revenue at the Same Time

During these difficult economic times, associations are asked to do more than ever with staff cuts, reduced non-dues revenue and restricted resources:

    * attendance at face-to-face events is down ...
* memberships are dwindling ...
* non-dues revenue from training and continuing education is substantially depleted

An important, new webinar could be just the help associations struggling with non-dues revenue need.

Four association experts with 55+ years of combined professional development experience spill the beans and give deep insights into solving this pressing problem.

Engaging members and increasing non-dues revenue is the topic. And Deirdre Hackett, Kiplinger Washington Editors, Ron Precourt, National Telecommunications Cooperative Association, and Karen Krzmarzick, American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators are the experts who share their insights in this information packed, action oriented 60-minute webinar.

Those who listened to the original call are already implementing. Now, for the first time, association execs can see and hear a playback of this milestone webinar that answers these burning questions:

    * How do we keep conference attendance up, and non-dues revenue flowing, when travel budgets are cut?
* How do we battle the loss of members due to unemployment and an inability to contact them?
* How do we increase attendance at webinars to increase non-dues revenue?
* Should we raise pricing on continuing education material to generate additional non-dues revenue?
* How quickly can we set up a webinar?
* How do we capture non-dues revenue lost from poorly attended face-to-face events?

But if you missed the live event and could only listen to 3 minutes and 27 seconds of this webinar, this audio clip highlights the most important part with the greatest insight. This one tactic alone could increase your non-dues revenue by 23 percent.

If you like this, get more tools and resources to engage members and increase non-dues revenue.

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) May 12, 2009 -- SF Video, founded in 1990 as video and audiotape duplicators turned pioneers of DVD replication and duplication since 1997, recently lowered their published price list by 15%. This decision was made by company founder and president, Steven Feinberg in response to a difficult economy.

"Our philosophy has always been that the customers come first every time and we work hard to meet or exceed their needs,' said Steven Feinberg, SF Video Founder and President. He continued, 'SF Video recognized the budgetary struggles of some of our loyal clients and acted on it by lowering prices. The feedback from many of our clients has been very positive, saying that the reduced costs helped them to get their business message out effectively for less and they are very grateful."

Since dropping prices, SF Video has seen an increase in repeat customers and a sharp increase in gaining new accounts. SF Video attributes much of this to customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth accolades shared as a result of SF Video's positive customer relations management strategies.

"We are always looking for ways to reduce costs and pass on savings to our clients, and this way everybody wins," said Feinberg.

In looking forward, SF Video plans to build upon its successful Blu-ray authoring, mastering and replication business, as well as responding to clients' requests for more green/eco-friendly packaging.

Tolomatic's ICR Basic rod-style actuator is the first model in a new SmartActuator series of compact, all-in-one linear actuators that offer 100-percent duty-cycle performance for industrial motion control applications.

Hamel, Minn. - The ICR Basic rod-style actuator is the first model in Tolomatic's new SmartActuator series of compact, all-in-one linear actuators (integrated servomotor, drive, controller and actuator) that simplifies motion control for industrial applications. At half the price of other integrated or traditional full servo linear actuator devices, the SmartActuator series is built-to-order and ready to ship in five days from factory order.

Designed for durability and 100 percent duty cycle performance, Tolomatic's SmartActuator series combines a powerful servomotor with a rugged ball screw housed in a sturdy aluminum extrusion. The series also incorporates Tolomatic's Endurance TechnologySM features for long service life and no maintenance.

"With easy plug-and-play implementation, the SmartActuator series makes traditional electric actuation systems a thing of the past," says Aaron Dietrich, electric product manager, Tolomatic. "When applying traditional electric motion control systems, engineers have to specify each component in the system, often purchasing them from different suppliers, and then assemble and test them to suit their specific application requirements. There are many motion control applications where a SmartActuator series solution can meet performance requirements while saving time, reducing machinery footprints and significantly reducing costs."

Requiring only a DC power source and motion inputs from the host PLC, the ICR Basic SmartActuator unit can be installed as a direct replacement for pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders in a wide variety of packaging, material handling, machine tool and general industrial automation applications. Force and speed control are fully adjustable via potentiometers using a standard screwdriver.

The ICR Basic SmartActuator model operates on either 24 VDC or 48 VDC. Extend and retract movements are triggered by digital signal inputs from the host PLC - often the same signals used for pneumatic cylinder motion control systems. Unlike pneumatic cylinders, ICR Basic units are also capable of mid-stroke positioning by removing the extend/retract signal from the PLC. Once the signal is removed, the actuator will stop and hold its position until it receives the next motion signal.

The ICR Basic actuator is stroke-configurable and provides 100 percent duty cycle durability for low to medium force applications. Maximum stroke length is 24 inches. Two screws can be selected providing up 80 pounds continuous force (150 pounds peak) for speeds up to 23 inches per second, or up to 200 pounds continuous force (400 pounds peak) for speeds up to 9 inches per second.

For more than 50 years, Tolomatic has been a leading supplier of electric linear actuators, pneumatic actuators and power transmission products for factory automation. Its extensive product line also includes servo-driven high-thrust actuators, servo and stepper motors, stepper drives and configured linear-motion systems. Tolomatic's electric linear and pneumatic actuators are used in a variety of industries, including the packaging, material handling, medical, food processing, automotive, semiconductor and general automation industries. For more information about the new line of ICR Basic SmartActuators, contact Tolomatic, 3800 County Road 116, Hamel, MN. Phone: 763-478-8000 or
