It is also an exceedingly useful Therapeutic Intervention in those with a history of Migraines and Cluster Headaches ; and can safely be administered (after suitable Training) to one's partner or loved one. Understanding Reflexology:
The healing art of Reflexology has been practiced for many thousands of years.
